They vastly overcharged my neighbor to simply cut down a tree and leave the stump. $1,500. I saw Dany working in my neighbor's yard and asked them to remove some shrubs. I paid them, an then went outside to see that they had simply cut the shrubs to the ground - something I could have done. I stopped payment on the check, called them and told them that if they wanted to get paid. They came out with a large piece of equipment that they had not used before and did the job properly. May I add that their staff proceeded to flirt with me? Truly unprofessional. I should have charged them for the stop check fee. I got extensive work from Davy Tree later for a much lower price. read more

Hired Dany Tree Service because of their stellar reviews. I did not share any of the experiences of anyone else in these reviews. I paid 1400 to have two pine trees cut down, the stumps ground to MAXIMUM depth, the grindings removed from my property and two other trees trimmed. The planning stages with Mike were great, I had zero doubt and paid more for this company due to the response and the reviews here. The day of my service came and it was raining yet they still proceeded with the job. Once they were done, I had my wife give them the check as I thought the job would be done to my satisfaction..... I was wrong. Their excuse was the rain caused them to do a terrible job and leave my property looking terrible. They left sticks all over my lawn from the trimmings and the stumps were only ground up to about 2 inches from the top of the ground. They also left the grinding covering the stump. When I got home, I was assured this would be corrected. I took photos and a video and showed them to Mike. He clams this was the first complaint he ever fielded for the quality of their work, lucky me. Mike promised to have someone over the weekend come out and correct the issues. The next day, I received a call stating that they could not return until Wednesday, that's fine. That Sunday, I emailed and texted Mike that on Wednesdays, my lawn service arrives at 830-9am to do my lawn, and that all sticks need to be picked up by then. I call at 9am and he says they won't be able to get there until later this afternoon. So now all these sticks they left, are scattered chopped up on my lawn. The guy comes to finish the grinding of the stumps and says that is how its normally done, I guess 2" of grinding is the quality for Dany Tree service. He finishes the grinding, and then I see him using the going back with the back plow of the grinder mixing in the grindings and dirt. That's fine if I didn't pay to have it all removed but now I have about two yards of mulch I need to pay a landscaping company to remove. I voiced my displeasure, they provided me with a 100 dollar refund. So essentially they will pay for half what it will cost me to have a landscaper remove their mess. Called this company about getting a quote for a tree removed, as well as trimming of other trees. Was told they would be at my house either Friday or Saturday. Never got a call on Friday so I called him Saturday morning to confirm what time they'd be there. Was told they didn't have me down for an appointment and didn't seem to care they dropped the ball. I have never hired this company. But, my neighbor did. 1. They blocked 1/3 of my driveway with the cab of their truck 2. They started chainsaws at 7:30a in our residential neighborhood 3. They cut through the front of MY yard with their wheelbarrows and all assorted yard equipment. Which, is not only rude, but adds insult to injury when it's been raining off and on for two days. They didn't drive all this equipment through their customer's front yard....nope, that would have been the correct thing to do. Now I have furrows of mud where there used to be nice grass! So hire them if you want to annoy and irritate your neighbors. read more

Wow! They did a fantastic job for us yesterday. Cut down some trees and trimmed up some other trees. They are efficient, reasonably prices, safe, ...I could go on and on. I could not be more pleased with the work that Dany Tree Service completed at our property this week. They arrived right on time and worked efficiently all day to complete a lot of work. We hired Dany Tree Service to remove a damaged tree and to do some other tree trimming work in our yard. The owner arrived the day after I called and quoted us a good price for the work. The day of the service he and his crew arrived first thing in the morning as promised with every piece of tree-related equipment you could imagine. He was accompanied by a crew of five very neat, polite men including his son. They worked hard all day with only a short break for lunch and I was consulted several times about details. I added a few other things I would like done and it was no problem. Our next door neighbors on each side also inquired about hiring them. At the end of the day they did an amazingly thorough cleanup. We will see them again in two weeks for more great ideas I had while they were here and they will also do the work for our neighbors. The owner really knows trees and has an excellent eye for details. They did some corective cleanup on a tree which had previously been trimmed by another company who I will never hire again.
