I get it but don't give a verbal okay if youre not gonna follow through. That's bad business and super slimy to get peoples hopes up. We had a 2BR plus loft, which was far more room than we needed. But the rent was still half the cost of our previous city apartment, so we splurged. The staff is really the best I've encountered. And I've lived in a LOT of apartments! Every maintenance request was completed quickly (usually the same day), and they didn't just do it half-way. At move-in, our carpet had a terrible smell. When I told them, they simply replaced the carpet. When our shades started to sag, they put in new ones the same day. I was very impressed. They took every request with a smile and took care of it quickly. I felt safe living here. Best of all, it is out of the tsunami evacuation zone, so I didn't fear being swept away by the ocean.
