Never got my hair cut , but when you make a reservation your forced to pay for the appointment up front. I paid and about a week before the appointment I had to cancel. It took literally months to get my money back. They were rude af and ignored me until I finally threatened them with legal action. i would give zero stars if i could. the bigger white dude with his hair in a pony tail (alan) can not cut hair to save his life. other people in this shop are very good, but alan should not have a seat here. if he knew he could not do the hair cut, he should have just said so. absolutely terrible. had to go to a different shop to try and fix it. the pictures were taken before the other barber started working on the hair. definitely don't recommend. never had a haircut this bad. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a barber shop. Honestly. Incredibly unprofessional. I wouldn't return for another haircut even if they cut my hair for free and paid me instead. While I'm no stranger to profanity and vulgar humor, I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I walked through the doors. Disgusting. Don't bring your kids here. My son recommended I go to Dapper for a haircut, and I'm so glad I listened. I had an appointment with Joe Castro, and he was such a great guy! He did such a great job on my hair. My only regret is that I live in Pennsylvania so I really can't get back out there for another appointment. While in the chair, we talked like we were buddies - kids, jobs, etc. The whole place is just a great experience. It's not the over-the-top style shop, with sports playing, or half naked girly pictures, or anything like that. Just moved to the springs from Cali and needed a barber. These guys are on point. Kenny cut my hair and did a perfect job. I've found my new barber shop. This has now been my barber shop for 6 months, here's the deal for me. Unlike other establishments where you have to select a barber you trust to do the job, all these guys can flat out perform their jobs as skilled barbers. As much as I love to support veteran owned shops I did not have a great experience. The first guy to cut my hair talked my ear off and trimmed my neckline with a straight razor and no shave cream. I have been known to do a quick dry shave in the morning but I would think a little shave cream would have been appropriate when I am paying for a haircut. The second guy just jacked my hair up and I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I loved the atmosphere but I think they need a little higher standard for their barbers. read more
