The service was friendly but idk. I felt a little rushed. From the moment I walked in I was told to let my barber know what I wanted because it may be outside his area of expertise which I appreciate. However after that I wasn't really asked what I wanted to do with my beard. Perhaps it's partially my fault for just allowing him to assume and not speaking up but I think asking a customer what they want to do with their beard would be a service call considering your paying a premium price for a cut. I also saw a lot of products that I wish o would have been told about but again, idk, I just felt rushed. I'm heading home to see if I can fix my beard now before I go on my trip to PR. I think I just expected more since I had read some great reviews. Other than that the cut itself was okay. I got home and realized my neck line was completely crooked and now I need to go home and fix it. For the price I just had better expectations. read more

In February, I had an appointment scheduled for 8:45am. At 8:30am I received a text that my barber was running 10 minutes behind. No problem. I showed up at 8:55am and then sat in the waiting room for an hour until my barber was ready at 9:45am. I didn't receive a discount or an apology. Last week, I had another appointment but this time I was 10 minutes late. My same barber cancelled on me and charged me $75 and was rude when I informed him how this is hypocritical. I messaged DAPR about this through their private portal but never heard back. There is an aura of pretentiousness about this place. read more

I would have to say, one of the best barber shops in the city if not the best. I felt very welcomed when I first came here (recommended by my colleagues). A bit hefty in price, but I'd say worth it. Trendy in vibes and they even offer you a drink (including booze). The cut's perfect and they take great care of you. They even end you cut usually with a brief hair wash.
