Engaged this company after my last cleaner had to be let go. The ladies I met with were very sweet and eger to please. I was interacting with Miguel, who said he was more or less the manager, and incharge of scheduling and payments. I had cleaned my home myself and took the ladies he sent on a tour, showing them exactly how I want things done, and asking is they could replicate my efforts. They laughted and said of course, they had other very particular people and knew what I wanted. I had a VRBO renter over the holidays, who used them a few times during their stay and said they were good. I had them go to ready my home for the next renters, telling them I needed it to look exactly as it did on the day I showed them. Unfortunately when the renters arrived they told me the house was not as clean as they expected and even old food was left that had to be thrown out, as well as dirty towels shoved under the sink! I called and spoke with a young woman who said Miguel was no longer "carrying this phone" (turns out is was her brother) and that she was so sorry but there had been a problem with him, and she would be taking over. I told her about the problems and asked her if she could get someone over to the house asap to wash the dirty towels and take care of anything else that was not clean for the renters. She said someone would go up that afternoon or the next morning. I then messaged her the voice mail that I had received from the renters outlining the issues. No one ever showed up to take care of the problems, nor has she returned my recent messages or calls. read more
