I had my cards read by Jennifer as a Christmas gift on my weekend trip to Penticton. I wasn't sure…read morewhat to expect as I'm not really sure on how I feel about "all that stuff". I have long, complicated feelings on the subject that shall remain unexplained. Let's just say I went into this to humor the gift giver and see what a tarot reading looked like. Jennifer was very kind and came highly recommended. I didn't offer information and she didn't really ask for much. She told me about myself, which was so odd to hear coming out of someone else's mouth. She was eerily accurate and it made me uncomfortable. It was a lot of things I don't ever want to talk about with another human being, things no one but me should have any thoughts on. I don't know what these things are supposed to do, or be like, but I left and I wept in someone's arms. It didn't answer any questions, or tell me about my past or my future. Instead I sit here pondering what I'm doing with my life and what I would like to see my life become. I left with more questions and the desire to know what lies ahead once I have the answers. And that's pretty cool. So, whether it be as a laugh or you're searching for an answer or you want some gorgeous crystals and stones, go check them out.

I was confused so qent outside and calculated the tax and went back in, super polite, and said there's an error on the tax you charged me. A different woman told me what I "wasn't seeing" was a small sign somewhere says they charge $1 shipping fee on all tarot cards. I'm like, a shipping fee?? Like, to have your product sent to your store? Shouldn't that just be reflected in the sticker price the? At that point, she got super snarky and defensive, saying she'd "give me a loonie" if that would make me feel better. When I said, yes that woukd be good, she was even snottier. As I left I told her I'd always gotten a negative vibe in their, a basket of cards either fell or was pushed of the counter. She then snorted and said, Yep the cards really don't like you. All I did was object to a "shipping fee" in a retail store. Seems pretty scammy. ​​
