I WOULD NOT USE RE/MAX AT ALL!!!! -Don't trust them to do their job, cause they don't. -They will use their own inspectors that do shotty or less than sub par work. -Agents are more interested in the items she was looking to get than her customers best interest in the house. -Won't find out important information when you ask multiple times. -Agents don't care if you understand everything. Do not trust these agents as they will use their own inspectors that do shotty or less than sub par work. My realtor was more interested in the items she was looking to gain (little benches she wanted from the property, old windows, and other fixtures.) than her customers best interest in the house. If you do use re/max be very thorough, get your own inspector, hold them to their word and make sure that you get everything in writing (addendum's, what the seller will or will not fix). do not Esign anything with them do everything on paper in writing, make them spell things out and make sure you understand and know what you are signing cause they will pull a fast one on you. Don't trust them to do their job. This company is one of the laziest and selfish companies I have done business with and won't ever use them again and highly encourage you not to use them. read more

I consider our situation high maintenance and difficult:) We were moving to the area from out of state not knowing anyone in Idaho. We only had two short trips to pick out a home for our large and growing family. The main house hunting weekend was on Thanksgiving of all things and Daren did such an amazing job lining up showings (I feel so bad for asking people to see their homes on Thanksgiving weekend) and helping us (did I mention I had all 5 of our kids plus a family friend along with us) find the perfect home.
