Lots of parking, no lines for food, and plenty of room to roam in the pumpkin patch. We grabbed a wagon and some clippers and found a pumpkin to cut off the vine. There are plenty of pre-cut pumpkins too if you'd rather just pick one that way (and take some cute pics). The wood-fired pizza was SO good and fairly priced. We really enjoyed the salsiccia pie, but all of them sounded delicious. And had to get a half dozen cider donuts for the road, obviously. I'm looking forward to returning when our kids are a bit older to try more of the family-friendly activities!

There is a big parking lot- but be careful, the driveway to get in is really narrow and only one car fits through at a time. There is no admission fee and it is free to walk around. You also don't need reservations. There is cornhole, picnic tables to sit at, a gift shop with local good slike honey and apples, a coffee truck, a lemonade truck and popcorn for sale. There are pumpkins everywhere of different shapes and sizes available for purchase in addition to gourds and mums. We bought a mum and it was $15. There are plenty of photo opportunities and a garden to walk around in. There is also a lot of space for kids to run around in. For an additional fee, there is a wagon ride you can take that will take you to see farm animals but we didn't do this. All in all, not as many activities in my opinion as some of the other pumpkin patches around town, but I did like how close it is to town compared to some of the other pumpkin patch options and it was super cute! He was willing to answer questions and gave us a really informative tour. I learned alpacas originate from south America, they almost went extinct and they're related to camels! I also didn't know that they don't have top teeth! The tour was thorough and to the point, we got to feed and interact with the alpaca. You can tell they are well taken care of, because they were willing to socialize with us. Of course they were food motivated, but they also tolerated us after the food was gone! The alpaca are so soft... Alpacas are one of my favorite animals and I'm so happy we were able to interact with them. My son was able to feed them as well and he really enjoyed the experience. We'll be back in the spring to see the new babies! Awesome experience!! Don't forget to stop by their gift shop!

There are piles of hay left out for kids to feed the horses and also a hand washing station near the barn. There are tons of toys peppered throughout. The toy lawnmowers were a big hit with my group. There are many wagons available for anyone to use. Many picnic tables make sitting down for lunch easy. There is a shaded sandpit with rocking chairs around it for the adults to relax. There is a little stream of water for kids to play in as well. Plenty of parking and lovely staff. It was $7/adult and kids under 2 are free.

Richburg Farms is a family run farm in Manning SC. My family and I recently went there for their…read morefall fest and Haunted House. I gave it 3 stars for the following reasons. Lest start with the good. The family that owns and runs the farm are super nice. The prices are reasonable $10 to free depending on ages. Which covers all the activities. This brings me to what I think is really good. They have a tube slide where they have the big drainage tubes that you slide into a hay stack. you have a small slide that the kids slide into a huge pool of corn kernels (it was hard to get my kids out of that one). They also have a long hay ride around the farm. They have a fire pit to roast marshmallows and make smore's . I have kids from 1 - 17 so for family fun this was really good. The Haunted house, they have Scary and Not Scary. Not scary is great for little kids, you just walk through each of the rooms in a guided tour. As far as the scary version not so much. The guide who was really nice really took away from haunted version. The whole thing about haunted house is the unexpected. She pretty much let you know what was coming. on a scare level I would rate this Haunted house as a 1 out of 10. As for a great family fun day I would give Richburg Farms a 8 out of 10
