I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. Right away she asked me what it was that I was wanting and I told her as I sat down. As she sterilized my ear with an alcohol swap she explained what she was going to do. After she was done she picked up a mirror and showed me the first side before she did the next to make sure it was ok. After I okayed it she did the same thing on the other side and honestly, after she was done with the second one I could barely feel the first one.
