I wanted to be able to find a place that was more personal than a Massage Envy or a Essentials Message. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with those places, but they just were not for me. The only thing that was tough, and partly my fault, was that I could not find them! It turns out that they are located IN the yoga studio that is located in the plaza. Kara was absolutely amazing with me. I have previous sports injuries, slight TMJ, and tension headaches. She was able to touch on all these areas in just an hour and was able to help me feel like a different person when I stepped out of that studio.
