I get a tan at Zoom Tan for one month each year before vacation, and Rose is always at the front desk when I arrive. She's friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The store is consistently clean, and even though I usually come in at 10:00 a.m., Rose moves quickly to prepare everything while still providing excellent customer service. With 24/7 access, she makes a point of cleaning when she arrives so the salon is always presentable. I always leave feeling satisfied with the experience. Rose is a real asset to Zoom Tan. read more

This is now zoom tan and has been since 2023. The staff is great.. The store is clean and welcoming. Zoom Tan is adding more services all the time. I love the spray tanning and the UV tanning they are also getting red light therapy and sauna soon. Zoom Tan is still the fastest ,cleanest and most economical place to get a tan and get your money's worth. They have for specials on purchasing years and weeklyand daily specials on lotions. I went to Dark Tan in Hhds this morning. what a great experience!!! So fast, so clean and Rose is so nice. Then, when I left I had left my watch in there without realizing it and Rose thankfully texted me to come back in before I even made it to my car!! such great customer service!!! read more

Very disappointed.. Poor service, poor cleanliness, horrible prices. Not sure but I would think the owners would change things! Honestly I can't give it even 1 star! Never answers phone when you call. Never updated business hours or inform customers when they were closing due to covid or when they re-opened. Attempted to call Elmira and painted post location to verify that they were open as I paid for the year package and wanted to use it - they don't answer their phones either. read more

annoyed that I pay to tan and can only make it to tan in the one in horseheads on Saturdays because they close at 6 which is convenient for me. Then I decided to drive OUT OF MY WAY to go tanning for the worker to have if closed by 5:20 walking around and walking away from the phone when I call. Absolutely ridiculous! Waste of my time and gas. I dont pay yearly (for years) now just to waste my time to go out of my way when there is no knowledge of early closing posted anywhere. read more
