WOW! Erin R. what is your problem? Sounds like the manager is better off not having you as a customer. Take your nastiness elsewhere. Noone forced you to tan in the first place. Old owner was excellant. This new owner has no business owning a business!!! 3 days ago when i got to electric beach this new owner told me and another customer that we had to wait outside while she locked up and left to go to her house and let her dogs outside. This was during normal business hours. She also asked me to let other customers know that she would be right back (im not her business partner). After waiting 15 minutes she came back and let us in but told us that we would have to clean our own beds before we could even use them because she didn't have the time. Disgusting!!!! Then when I got done tanning she told me to sit on the couch and wait to fill out a new card (since my package of 15 sessions had disappeared after she took ownership). I waited another 10 minutes while she flitted around talking with other people not really doing anything all to important. Then I was asked to fill out a new card while she disapeared again. She had me there for 55 minutes for a 10 minutes session. On top of that the bulbs must be old because I got absolutely no color and it was my first time tanning in over 8 months. She is extremely unprofessional!!! I will never go back there as long as this owner owns the business. read more
