Having had my truck and cars tinted here in the past with minimal issues I thought this was the…read moreplace to go. Unfortunately the quality of film they use is best thing about this place. If you can find it elsewhere, go there. I stopped by their store a week before making my appointment, bringing my headlights and taillights to confirm they could do PPF on them after being told over the phone they could. After seeing them in person the tech and owner (Berry) confirmed they could do the job. I set my appointment up for first thing in the morning the following week. On the day of my appointment I dropped them off (new in box) only to be called hours later that they couldn't do the job because they weren't installed on the vehicle. I can understand this due to them needing to be stationary for the film stretching and application. What I don't understand is the lack of communication between the tech and front desk. When I returned the following day to pick up my headlights and taillights I was informed by the owner (Berry) that they are not going to be able to do the job because they don't feel comfortable with the curves on the taillights. I asked about the headlights considering they are completely flat (4th gen ram 2500) and he stated they wouldn't be able to do it. I asked if it made a difference if I came back with them installed on the truck and again said no they can't do it. Information that would have been nice when he had them in his hands a week earlier. The tech came out to explain that they don't want to have to do work they may potentially have to honor with warranty. I can understand the curves of the taillights making that difficult but I didn't understand why the headlights couldn't be done if brought back on the truck. I asked if they don't do PPF on headlights anymore and he said they do and could do the headlights if installed on the truck, right after the owner just told me they couldn't. The tech turns around to confirm with the front desk girl, as she's shaking her head *no* and turns back to me as says I guess we're not doing it. When I asked the front desk girl why they don't offer this service anymore she said "it's a bunch of little reasons so we're taking a pause on this service for now". I asked if I could get some sort of discount on my truck tint when the new windows are installed to make up for this headache, she laughed and said "no". All in all their customer service and communication between employees needs work. I will say the tech I spoke with was very professional and polite, give that man a raise (take it from the front desk girl). Staff meetings in the morning could make a big difference.

STAY AWAY IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN GETTING YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE!…read more I recently got my windows re-tinted due to failing to pass inspection and brought my car to Ziebart to fix this. I dropped it off no problem and came back later to pick it up; being instructed to not roll down the windows for 3 days. After waiting the allotted time, as instructed, I noticed as I was both driving and while also cleaning my car's windows in my driveway that there were many small bubbles that formed on both sides. 30+ micro bubbles littered the windows obstructing view ever so slightly. Ok, no problem. Just take it back and they will fix it, right? They must care about their work because one's work speaks for their business and of themselves. WRONG! I took it back to rectify this problem - showing and explaining to the ONLY tinter they have what was wrong. He quickly took my keys and I waited while he worked on it. Now you know when you go to a restaurant and they mess up your meal and you have to decided wether it's worth it to risk telling the waiter because they might f*ck with your food because they're assholes and you make them have to work more? Well... this was quite similar in terms of situation. Yeah, they'll do the work, but will they do something as a passive aggressive act to get back for wanting my car to look the best it can with the money that's been put into it? Unfortunately the answer is YES. I get the car back, take a look at the windows to check for the air bubbles and leave. As I'm driving back home I notice something new - the leather doors have a bunch of chemical residue sloppily left on. Now I start to really look around and notice even more! They scratched off a part of my leather and tried to hide it with some red jelly substance, while also scratching a line on the other side of my door too! The pictures attached are some of the left behind from this job, but not all of it because my phone cannot pick up the dirt/chemicals residue left behind on the front window, rear fenders, and the outside of the door. Now, I cannot attest as to the quality of other services they provide, but if this is indicative at all of the quality of work they provide, I would take notice and make appropriate decisions.

Shady business, stay out of this place run by incompetent people, they will not cover damages even if your car is less than 5 years and with no mods Post After reviewing Owner reply: Grace, thank you so much for clarifying that the lamp was broken in the detailing area of Quick Quack. There is no possible way for a person to break the lamp by drying it with the rags you provide for detailing cars. as I told you on the phone the lamp was hit by the machine in such a way that the point of impact was to the left and above, as can be seen in the photographs, after being hit by the machine then the glass ended up disintegrating in the detailing area. That pattern of breaking the glass is called "Star Break", Characterized by short, radial lines extending from the impact point, resembling a starburst pattern. Even in the very low-quality photograph you provided from the footage, you can see that the damage is there. Stop Wrongdoing, Replacement Damages Amount to $200 and You Just Refuse to Do the Right Thing. Shame on you.
