Horrible place for sound systems. Messed up a negative port in my amp by over tightening it, the negative cable just came out. Never cleaned up after they installed everything. Having had my truck and cars tinted here in the past with minimal issues I thought this was the place to go. Unfortunately the quality of film they use is best thing about this place. If you can find it elsewhere, go there. I stopped by their store a week before making my appointment, bringing my headlights and taillights to confirm they could do PPF on them after being told over the phone they could. After seeing them in person the tech and owner (Berry) confirmed they could do the job. I set my appointment up for first thing in the morning the following week. On the day of my appointment I dropped them off (new in box) only to be called hours later that they couldn't do the job because they weren't installed on the vehicle. I can understand this due to them needing to be stationary for the film stretching and application. What I don't understand is the lack of communication between the tech and front desk. When I returned the following day to pick up my headlights and taillights I was informed by the owner (Berry) that they are not going to be able to do the job because they don't feel comfortable with the curves on the taillights. I asked about the headlights considering they are completely flat (4th gen ram 2500) and he stated they wouldn't be able to do it. I asked if it made a difference if I came back with them installed on the truck and again said no they can't do it. Information that would have been nice when he had them in his hands a week earlier. The tech came out to explain that they don't want to have to do work they may potentially have to honor with warranty. I can understand the curves of the taillights making that difficult but I didn't understand why the headlights couldn't be done if brought back on the truck. I asked if they don't do PPF on headlights anymore and he said they do and could do the headlights if installed on the truck, right after the owner just told me they couldn't. The tech turns around to confirm with the front desk girl, as she's shaking her head *no* and turns back to me as says I guess we're not doing it. When I asked the front desk girl why they don't offer this service anymore she said "it's a bunch of little reasons so we're taking a pause on this service for now". I asked if I could get some sort of discount on my truck tint when the new windows are installed to make up for this headache, she laughed and said "no". All in all their customer service and communication between employees needs work. I will say the tech I spoke with was very professional and polite, give that man a raise (take it from the front desk girl). Staff meetings in the morning could make a big difference. read more

Friendly staff with excellent customer service! Had my new to me F150 in this morning for two front windows and a brow. They started at 8:40 and they were finished by 9:20! I'd recommend scheduling an appointment if you want to wait. Their quality of work is evident by the amount of customers that were there. Great folks, great service! I'll admit, we got off to a little bit of a rough start. I had a tight schedule and was told it would not be a problem. They came well recommended from a co-worker so I had faith. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication somewhere along the line. How they handled the situation after that was what really sets them apart from other businesses. The owner, Barry, was very apologetic and made sure to get my vehicle in and done in what must've been a record amount of time! Herschel and Travis made sure everything was handled, and done properly. In spite of being a rushed job the tint looked great. There was no indication that it was rushed. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was really put to the test and they passed. I've had more than a few bad experiences in Corpus Christi with poor customer service. Bad customer service actually seems to be the standard in this city, so it was very refreshing to have my complaint taken seriously and steps taken to correct the issue on the spot. They did quality work and am really impressed of how much of a difference it makes in terms of heat reduction in the car. Better to leave your vehicle though...wait times vary. If I could offer 10 stars I would. These guys are the best. I recently moved here from CA and my car wouldn't pass inspection due to the tint line in my windshield was too low. I googled "car tinting near me" and found these guys. The tint on my passenger side window was peeling so I asked if they could fix that too. They were able to work on my car immediately and the whole process took less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and everyone there were so nice. We got to chatting and in kidding I asked if they would fix my broken tail light and check to see why my check engine light was on so I could get my plates. They said "Sure!" I just had to order the light and they would install it. The dealership quoted me $500 and this cost me almost nothing bringing it here. Bottom line, these guys are great! Word of advice when you are with a customer acknowledge your other customers by simply saying "I'll be with you in just a minute". Their installation was scheduled about 2-3 days out whereas Best Buy is scheduled 3+ weeks out. Really great place to get auto tint. I got 3M tint in 2009 when I got my 2008 Toyota Prius. The heat block was SO useful on those hot days. I didn't have to use the AC too much and my riders (sometimes dogs!) were always comfortable. Then I moved to California. there, some idiot broke the back window to my car (to find NOTHING in there, ugh). I got the glass fixed but not the tint. I procrastinated getting the tint because I didn't have the money nor the time. I was visiting family in Corpus recently and thought, why not get it done by the same people again? So I went in and they took care of me once again. Super friendly, great prices, and really helpful. They even took me to (and back from) the mall for the two hours wait. And this time I got a lifetime warranty. In the future, I won't have to pay to get these tints replaced if need be. How awesome! Highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed. read more

The alarm that I requested works. Time that it took install was sufficient. Customer Service is garbage. After the work was completed I entered my vehicle to discover that dash was loose. The power seats in my car did not work and the power to the windows did not work as well. Obviously they worked for the gentlemen that worked on my car cause he had the seat pushed all the way to the back. So that he could work under the steering column of my car comfortably. However what really grinds my gears is that he must have knowingly knew the fuse was out when he drove my vehicle to the front. He must have attempted to return the seat to its original place and since it did not work for him, he walked away from it. This tells me LACK OF CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS. When I walked back in to ask what might have been the problem, I had to wait 10-15 mins for this gentlemen. What made it worth my while was the fact that when he did come out he automatically grabbed my keys from the counter and walked straight to my car. This tells me he knew what the problem was, but just LACK OF CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS. What puts the Cherry on Top was when he comes back into the office and explains the problem as he looks me up and down. I thanked him for his service and left. Please note this happened after I retired from the military and returned to my Home State of Texas. Not once was I disrespectful or rude to any staff to have caused this. Nor do I wave a stick of entitlement, this happened in November of 2016 and I just learned about Yelp. Bottom line when you go in "INSPECT WHAT YOU EXPECT". Not all business are being graded on customer communication but you should check all surrounding items related to your installation. read more

Got my Rogue windows tinted today. Awesome job. It is so hot in Corpus right now, I could feel the difference in temperature in the car right away so it was a smart decision. They're always smiling, they're polite, they're knowledgeable, and they want to know every customer by name. Even now, a week later, I go in to get another product added to my vehicle and they all knew me by name when I walked in. I had Albert and Joe install my sound system after shopping around town. I scheduled my instillation a week and a half out and they said anytime would be ok so I scheduled it for 1pm. When I got there they told me they couldn't do it right then because the installer was going to lunch. Why would you schedule me over a week out for someone's lunch. He stayed and installed it. He did not hook up my subs to the independent sub output which is what I asked for so I could not control them. Since there was no aux in front because radio was a touch screen he ran the aux cord through my glove box BUT plugged it into the wrong hole in the back?!?! so it didn't work! I mean really?!? What are you even doing working there if you can't install a aux cord. Terrible work, terrible job, terrible scheduling, DO NOT take your car here. read more

I got $349 tinting for my 2016 accord last month. The front desk service is great but the real problem is the guy who was doing the tinting window...when im done with everything, i drove home and saw 2 small scratch at the speaker, clue or sth similar everywhere in the car and the worst thing is the front panel of passenger 's door they didnt install it back properly...you could feel it shaking...OMG my 1st car in my life My friend brought the car back to the store coz i have to work...he had to wait couple hour, and they asked him came back another day to fix the speaker's scratch. And thats enough i dont want to come back and do anything more. And now some bubble apprear on the window Just let your car be original and do nothing so you can keep headache and sadness away... read more

I took my Tundra in to have the tint replaced on the front 2 windows, the tint that was on there was 11 years old and bubbling up. They R&R'd the tint and only charged me $100. They got me in on the same day and Anisa was very knowledgeable when it comes to the tint that I needed. She doesn't know anything about football but she knows tint.
