I called over three weeks early to make the appointment and was told she was off that week. When I explained my situation they had the spray tan woman call me. She said the only way she would be willing to come in that week was if someone else made an appointment. I just called Groupon and got my money back after that.

I was then asked to consider a membership option once again, but this just isn't something I use all the time. I understand the effects are greater with more than one use- I know how a tanning bed works. I already have a base tan & was looking for just a touch up before a trip! I was willing to pay the $30 for one session, but the girl truly wouldn't let me just buy one. I had to walk out! After yesterday, I've now had to consider calling places to ask "do you allow just single sessions?" Because this experience has tampered with the idea of tanning salons for me. Awful experience. The spray tan artist was great at asking me questions - if I burn easily, if my tone runs more cool or warm, what I was looking for, etc. She nailed my color and made me feel so comfortable during the session! The tan lasted me through the bachelorette party and into the next week - which worked out since I had a surprise engagement! All of my pictures looked so natural and glowy. I will definitely be back here!
