She said she could do it and verified that I sent her all the data. I waited and waited, no action, no contact, no response. I begged Dept of Revenue to give me more time because of her delay. She missed two more deadlines and said she'd deal with DoR to keep them from penalizing me. Her reasons included Illness in the family, death in the family, but gave me yet another month of silence. I have been completely understanding and polite through all of this. I finally called Van Barron, her boss, to beg for action. He refused to speak with me. FOUR MONTHS and I still don't have the tax form done. DoR is after me. This firm totally sucks!!! Redmond even screwed up the tax returns of the person who recommended her to me this year. Go anywhere else.

I have been divorced for 10 yrs and my exhusband never refinanced as was our agreement. Silverman law stated this was a common, simple case. I paid a $5000.00 retainer and was scheduled for a phone call meeting in May. Katie did call and our conversation lasted 13 minutes. Again It was stated to me by Katie that this is NOT complicated at all. So our conversation ended and I left knowing that this matter would be handled and resolved. Since May 5th, I received NOTHING. No email, no phone calls, no texts, no letters. NOTHING. So on August 3,2026, I called the HELENA OFFICE AND REQUESTED A REFUND. I spoke with the office manager, who was very nice and apologetic and immediately refunded a payment back to me, with holding a portion for that 13 minute phone call back on May 5th. However, even after requesting a refund, Katie never reached out explaining anything. NOTHING. Very unprofessional. Very inadequate. Very incompetent. Do not use this service.
