These lawyers will say what they need to in the moment during your consultation to give the perception they are going to put forth effort into your case, they will not. There was several things they told me they were going to peruse in my case that never actually happened. In addition, they are highly unprofessional and do not care about your time. For example, they submitted a continuance on my case because "they needed a vacation." In addition, they also forgot to ask for my permission about this or inform me. I ended up taking a day of PTO and appeared at the court house, only to find out my case had been moved back several additional months. This was despite them knowing time was of the essence for me. They offered to reimburse me for my time, but never followed through or mentioned it again. This was just one of several issues throughout the almost year long process my case took with them. Speaking with others, it seems like there has been a recent downturn in quality and my experience has been common amongst many others recently.

Upon arrival, I was kept waiting while the person I had an appointment with finished her smoke break. We chatted a bit and I was given a series of tests that had little to nothing to do with my education, skills or experience (I did not want to temp at a call center nor did I want to input digits on a computer). A few days later, I was contacted by email to schedule a "cattle call" interview at ... you guessed it, a call center. I couldn't make the date/time set and let them know. Then, I received a phone call trying to schedule me for another interview. However, the person on the phone didn't know a thing about the position and couldn't give me any details. I looked into it myself and discovered it was another call center type position. I asked about openings more in my line of experience and interest and never heard from them again. Nearly all contact I had with A2Z was unprofessional and left me with more questions than answers. My advice to anyone out there looking for temp work is to get linked up with as many companies as you can and know that at least one will get you somewhere.

Servepro was hired to do the mitigation on my home after a leak in my bathroom. A week after the…read morejob was complete, I called my adjuster to find out what was going on, I was told Servepro had not yet submitted the paper work. I called and spoke to Sara who was very short with me saying, all the paper work has been submitted, but they keep sending it back for corrections. Then two weeks later I called my adjuster again and got the same response. I then called Servepro again and spoke with Sara who again was very rude and short with me. blaming everything on the insurance company. Even though she again said, they have sent it back for more corrections. She informed me during our phone call that she had no idea who my insurance company was or who the adjuster was that she sends all paper work through a 3rd party. Funny how when I asked her to email me all of the paper work, she stated my insurance companies name AND cc'd my adjuster. Sara also hung up on me and when I called back to talk to her, Stephanie answered the call, referred to herself as "the answering service" and refused to transfer the call. HORRIBLE customer service!
