While I understand that services like photography need to be a good fit for both parties, it is important that a business owner treat the enterprise as a business. Respond to your customers, even if you decline service. "Ghosting" is not a responsible business practice and won't benefit one's business in the long run. I got the impression that this was perhaps more of a serious hobby.

Everyone always complimented the photos, and they were about half the price of similar photographers. I recently got married in Mexico, and my wife & I knew we wanted Tiffany's creativity to capture the big day. Tiffany was absolutely amazing at our destination wedding. She took various cameras out for all of our adventures, brought cute props to utilize in a shoot on the beach, worked with us to take underwater "trash the dress" photos in the ocean and worked hard to make sure the wedding was photographed perfectly. Well...NOTHING texted several times.... NOTHING...texted some more...finally received a FEW of the photos...texted and texted and got a few more along with some excuses!! NOW being too late for Christmas cards and a Submission to the school yearbook we got a FEW MORE. TEXTED SOME MORE......REQUESTED ALL IF THEM BY THE END OF THE WEEK....he said he would send "some more" today. When I told him We wanted ALL OF THEM ,granted in an angry format, this is what I got QUOTE " Chill out she has the rest of the photos...We are done talking I sent them before your insults"" STILL NOOOOO PHOTOS!! WE GOT A TOTAL of 37 . There is no way he only took 37 snaps in an hour setting!! We only got one for one of the boys and two of another boy. EVERYTHING WAS TOO LATE FOR USEES WE HAD BOUGHT THEM FOR!! SOOOOOOO if you are looking for a PROFESSIONAL Photographer LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! THIS GUY IS FULL OF EXCUSES AND WILL GLADLY take your money with NOOOOO concern for your time frame or if you even get the photos you PAID FOR!!!
