Initial correspondence was good and relatively prompt. Had a phone conversation as I was interested in hiring her as a photographer for my wedding, and it was normal. Tiffany said she would send me some samples of her work by email, but that was the last I heard from her. No answer to my follow up texts. Just disappeared. While I understand that services like photography need to be a good fit for both parties, it is important that a business owner treat the enterprise as a business. Respond to your customers, even if you decline service. "Ghosting" is not a responsible business practice and won't benefit one's business in the long run. I heard fantastic things about Tiffany's photos a few years ago and had some very reasonable photos taken for family gifts. Everyone always complimented the photos, and they were about half the price of similar photographers. I recently got married in Mexico, and my wife & I knew we wanted Tiffany's creativity to capture the big day. Tiffany was absolutely amazing at our destination wedding. Don't pay in full until she delivers! I was basically ignored after I left the shoot - no email response or phone calls returned. Two months after the shoot she finally responded to a complaint of mine claiming she'd in fact sent me the final photos. However a 6 month back search of all email including spam in my google account shows no correspondence in anyway related to her or her business. She's a competent photographer, but more of a hobbyist than a professional. She has no studio, just a backyard with dog turds, and a hiway overpass that makes for nice lighting. BTW, the other 5 glowing reviews occured in the space of two weeks last year. It'd be interesting to know if any of those folks were friends of her's and/or had to pay anything for her services. uh huh. read more

My review is way over due!! I recently shot with Tiffany again first week of 2017. This the second or third time I've worked with Tiffany over the years and each time she's not only been very personable and easy going but she also has a good eye for lighting and composition. As a darker skinned person it is hard for a lot of photographers to get this RIGHT! Even the pretty expensive ones. She also helps you go through your wardrobe and talks to you about what you specifically want to accomplish during the time. (I booked the unlimited for 1.5 hours) I ended up getting the 6 looks I needed and more within those looks. We shot with a backdrop, and outside at various places nearby. She's also pretty quick on the upload as well I got them with the first day or two. The final images barely need more retouching and she includes a few images of her favorite choices for free. If there are specific ones you do want retouched, she charged a nominal fee for that. Overall it's always a fun experience and I always get what I'm looking for. Tiffany was amazing!!! I can't say enough positive things about our experience having her photograph our wedding! She captured all of the organic moments that happened naturally, but she was also direct with guidance during our photo session to make sure we got all of the cutest dynamic shots filled with personality. She took so many photos that I can literally scroll through the images and many of the moments feel like a flip book showing the action unfolding and all the emotion-filled facial expressions, and it was such a perfect day that I keep on doing this because I just want to relive it all over and over again! It's a matter of both quantity and quality though, so there are just soo many excellent photos that I'm overwhelmed with the choice of which ones to share. We really didn't tell her at all what to expect with our wild wedding, and she was able to roll with whatever surprise we threw at her and she caught each moment flawlessly. We started more traditionally with a meaningful ceremony that made everyone cry with joy, a classic photo session, and a bubble send-off. Then it got a bit crazier when we did a first dance performance that reflected who we are -- my husband spinning his original electronic dance music tracks on his DJ decks while I was spinning tricks on the pole. Tiffany caught all the action moments of my dance as well as the reactions of the audience. It got even wilder when we started throwing each other in the swimming pool and the whole crowd danced on the pole. She caught the splashing moments, as well as the dancing even when I chose to focus more on the lighting needs of encouraging an uninhibited dance floor (darkness and laser lights) rather than the ideal lighting conditions for photography. She also went above and beyond when she recognized a tripping hazard of a step between the dance floor and the patio and was prepared with white gaff tape to fix the issue immediately! I'm a musician and just did a half-day studio shoot with Tiffany for some publicity shots. She made such a comfortable environment in her studio, music playing and a relaxed energy. I never felt rushed between looks, there was a makeup artist and a stylist involved, and she welcomed everyone on set and let everyone do their jobs, which made for the best photos possible! I've worked as a model for years, and she tops my list for photographers. She made me feel beautiful and confident while still gently directing me to improve each shot without making me feel self- conscious(this is an artform that most photographers never master!) The shoot was inspiring and so much fun! After the shoot, she took time to pick out her favorite shots (she has an amazing eye!) and edited them for me. We were SO IMPRESSED- she was such a delight- numerous guests told us how sweet she was! I just shot with Tiffany for the second time and again am very pleased. The most obvious measure of "success" here is that i got several shots (out of an hour and a half shoot) that are better than usable: solidly photographed, rich in personality, varied.I'm not perfect looking, but wanted something I felt brought out my character both in its quirkiness and, where useful, its more conventional side. Tiffany found those looks, along with others. Tiffany brings years of experience on several sides of the craft, an energetic attitude and a rich set of techniques to her work. We did most of the shots in her doorway or outside, but she felt lights would work best for my business look and took time to set them up just for that, yielding me some shots that look crisply professional yet not in the least commonplace. (I might add that I've been a fan of the great photographers since I was a teen and a few of these shots, vanity aside, simply seem to me exceptional as photographs.) I'm not a big dog lover, but her dogs were out of the way for most of the shoot and, when brought out to say "Hi", very sweet. (If you ARE a dog-lover, you'll be in Heaven.) The only signs of them otherwise were their water bowls and a LOT of toys. :) On both my shoots with her she's been fully engaged and both professional and creative in her approach. All this, it should be noted, for rates that have remained very much on the low end. No photographer is perfect for everybody, but I highly recommend that you at least check her out. read more

This was such an awesome experience! Tiffany was both professional and fun! I sent her a message to inquire about her services and prices, she not only answered all my questions, she responded so quickly! Also she connected me with Laura, a makeup & hair artist who she had worked with on many occasions. We met at a local starbucks to see if we vibed and to go over my branding and she gave me brilliant ideas for clothing options and told me to make a music playlist! We scheduled a shoot date for the next week and she reached out to Laura and made sure the dates worked with her (this was nice that they communicated so I didn't have to message anyone and get lines crossed!). I showed up for the shoot and Tiffany and Laura made the shoot day amazing! I felt so welcomed and comfortable and it really came out in my headshots. I did 4 or 5 different looks (the price I paid for for was unlimited looks) in an hour and a half. What's great is the night of I was already able to look at my photos thru a link that Tiffany had previously sent me! In a couple of days I chose a few that I wanted her to retouch and the next night they were ready for me to use! She is affordable, professional, and her photos speak for themselves!
