Got a 12 pack 1kg deal and loved the fact that I could select multiple flavors not just 12 of one . For the price 8.99 aud I was ecstatic value was huge obviously but the flavor blew me away! Everything from Cabernet, cherry, mango, passion fruit etc was of course clean but very flavorful and left a smile on my face after every bite. Everyone was so nice there and listened to the foreign American go on and on how nothing back in the states comes close! They're located in The Rocks shopping area which is close to the Harbor Bridge. I was lucky enough to get a glimpse of the workers choppin' up the candy sticks. There are a wide range of flavaflavs to choose from such as apple, blackberry, banana, citrus mix and hella much more. They also have themed candies aka lollies like Harry Potter, Peter rabbit, Marvel and a few others. All candy comes prepackaged in a resealable pouch. I chose the lime koala, Studio Ghilbli mix, passion fruit and the Peter Rabbit. The koalas and the passionfruit were my favorites! They tasted exactly like lime and passionfruit and I loved the design on them. It was difficult figuring out what flavors the themed ones were but the lollies were still tasty and cute. Overall, these lollies were tasty and reasonably priced (7AUS=4.67USD). They made a great souvenirs for my friends and coworkers. The owner was explaining the unusual ingredients of some of the flavors. He was showcasing Bolt of Gold Caramel licorice. Amazing. This flavor includes basil, oregano, and turmeric along with standard candy flavorings. We had to buy some. The number of flavors is surprising for such a small temporary shop. They even have sugar-free varieties. Should you see their stall make sure to stop by and taste a sample. You'll be hooked.

Some have two types of flavours on one dish. When you do actually go inside there's a few more choices that weren't out on the window display. If you're looking for a present and wanting to get these chocolates boxed, the packaging is well designed and they have a great variety of ribbon to choose from. I just wanted to try a couple that caught my eye from the window. The caramel fudge was amazing as it had pieces of ginger through it. Also the 'honeycomb bark' was great too. I enthusiastically started pointing out truffles, buttons, bombes, ganaches and pralines that I wanted to buy. I liked their witty names - the B52 Bombe, for example; their hand-written labels; the brightly coloured ribbons and exquisite packaging. Of course, the chocolates tasted as delicious as they looked - no surprises there. They are expensive, at around $12 a kilo. But you have to pay for quality, and in a climate that isn't conducive to chocolate, I think they're worth every dollar. These are the type of chocolates that everyone loves to receive as a present. The packaging makes them even more wonderful. The choice that is available means there will be something for everyone - from the traditionalist who just wants a dark chocolate truffle to the fruit bat who wants a strawberry fondant - Just William can cater to all your chocolate desires.
