Sought Mr. Reichert's assistance in finding a hotel development site along the I-94 corridor between Beach and Dickinson. Mr. Reichert discussed several possibilities and stated he would get back to me with additional information. Mr. Reichert never got back to me via a telephone call or email. Mr. Reichert did not return my email message requests for an update. Even worse, Mr. Reichert did not return my telephone voice mail messages left after his assistant confirmed he was in the office. Mr. Reichert is another North Dakota broker that appears to only be interested in working on fast transactions, meaning real estate buyers with cash-in-hand and ready to close in 30-60 days without any contingencies. I don't have a problem with such an approach provided you tell potential clients your business practice during the first meeting. What's the point of leading clients on, promising to get back to them with additional information and recommendations, when you have no intention of ever working with said clients? Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache that will surely result from working with Mr. Reichert. Life's too short.

Do your research on this company. Read there reviews and really think twice before leasing with…read morethem. There is a reason they have so many bad reviews. They don't care about military we have first hand experience. If you choose to rent from them, read the fine print and cover your A$$! They definitely did not show good morals in our experience. Disgraceful.

I moved out here from a different state and they delayed my move in date to the point where I had…read moreto stay at a hotel and instead of giving them my first month's rent, the money went to the hotel, transportation and food since I didnt have a kitchen to cook in. Instead of realizing their mistake, they charged me with a late fee for 3 months until I paid "everything that was owed". Meaning the first month, 3 months in late fees and the current month of rent. And they actually had the audacity to give me a bad reference which is now effecting my ability to find a new place. Hope I don't have to sleep in the moving van tonight. I've had a spotless tenant record for 8 years in 4 different states and I have never encountered anything like these people. This is THE WORST property management company I've ever met.
