If I could rate them less I would. Let me list all the problems, which I had many (I have never…read moreleft reviews for anywhere, but this was the worse experience of my life!) 1. Roaches, I have never had roaches in any place I have ever lived. We got an infestation within a few months there; I assume from the insane amounts of water damage. When I mentioned them I wasn't believed, until I showed proof. The exterminators did not stop the issue even after the work they did, I never left food out and hardly spent time in my home cause it stressed me out so bad. AND THEY NEVER GOT BETTER! 2. As mentioned above, water damage. There were multiple appliances that were leaking that I had tried to get fixed by maintance. Either I was told it wasn't going to be replaced OR it was fixed (but it wasn't) as well as a pipe exploding from my neighbors, it was a horrible time. 3. At the end I had massive issues regarding checkout, my refund/bill, and a whole other issue that I will not fully get into here. But just know, they have massively impacted my life by these issues and I had to pay/ wait so much time and money because of them. I have just now received my refund and I already resigned a lease for a different company (it's been 8 months) but I cannot even use the refund I was sent due to billing issues that they have caused. Overall, I should've listed to the reviews when I moved so I really gotta say NEVER rent from them.

Unfortunately I can't give them 0 stars. Valley Rental is the WORST ever! They are in flat out…read moreviolation of sooooo many tenant laws in ND. They violate tenant rights daily. They do a worthless job of removing snow and allowing vehicles to SAFELY access the property. They have dirty hallways with bugs and filth. The entryway is seldom cleaned. They seem to answer about 1 out of every 50 calls and return 0 out of 50. They do NOT do timely repairs. Tenants! You DO have the right to hire your repairs done at fair market value and withhold it from your rent! You simply give them "reasonable" time to make the repair, document it, provide proof, and hire it done. Or, you can take them to small claims court for being a SLUMLORD and make them pay for not honoring the lease agreement by refusing to do timely repairs. You also should be reporting it to Dept of Labor Housing Descriminatioon under tenant rights. https://attorneygeneral.nd.gov/consumer-resources/tenant-rights I've left reviews, true and honest reviews in Facebook, called them out on it, and they removed the honest reviews, and blocked me. Truly a class action atty is needed to stand up to them and demand they honor tenant rights! DM me for more info:

Will never ever recommend or use their service again …read more Never felt they were behind us or were actually working on our behalf as a seller and only cared about making the buyer happy. We had a full price offer the first day of listing and still insisted we keep showing it for two more weeks. Very very poor.

We chose Shirley Voss to represent the selling of our house and appreciated at-first her first-hand knowledge of the relocation processes during our initial meeting. Then it went downhill.... - She didn't take professional pictures of our home. In fact, I could see her reflection in my shower door. As a result, we had to ask her to come back out and retake our ENTIRE home pictures again-- and still they were absolutely disappointing. There were flashes in the mirror, no representation of the space of our home that was duplicated by nonsense pictures and poorly taken, and a narrative of our home that didn't capsulate our pride and love of the updates we fell in love with when we bought it a year and a half ago. To be frank, she lifted the previous description when we first bought our house. No substantive feedback was provided post showings, nor was she ever present in our home to facilitate a sale. No showings as an agent and dependent on MLS to sell it. And, our home price was listed incorrectly on the "homemade" YouTube video. It took me to notice and bring it to her attention. Moreover, to those that are looking to sell insist on color brochures, an agent caravan, which she didn't want to do, and an open house that is longer than an hour and a half that she was only committed to doing-- even after I pushed back and requested a longer time frame still wasn't timely reflected online. She was willing to place an ad in the newspaper in addition to advertising an open house. I'm sorry, but who even reads a newspaper?? And, after withdrawing my representation her broker, Tricia, had to come to give back our key because she wouldn't respond to my call. She didn't even follow-up, apologize, preserve our listing, or give a damn about customer service. She only said, "I'm sorry, I've been in a meeting all day." Poor priorities and embarrassing. Just own it. Supremely disappointed in this agent/broker

Sought Mr. Reichert's assistance in finding a hotel development site along the I-94 corridor between Beach and Dickinson. Mr. Reichert discussed several possibilities and stated he would get back to me with additional information. Mr. Reichert never got back to me via a telephone call or email. Mr. Reichert did not return my email message requests for an update. Even worse, Mr. Reichert did not return my telephone voice mail messages left after his assistant confirmed he was in the office. Mr. Reichert is another North Dakota broker that appears to only be interested in working on fast transactions, meaning real estate buyers with cash-in-hand and ready to close in 30-60 days without any contingencies. I don't have a problem with such an approach provided you tell potential clients your business practice during the first meeting. What's the point of leading clients on, promising to get back to them with additional information and recommendations, when you have no intention of ever working with said clients? Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache that will surely result from working with Mr. Reichert. Life's too short.
