The minor claims we have had thus far have been seamlessly processed, however my son also has State Farm and recently his home was damaged by a tornado- Becky and staff stepped my son thru the process and he was cut a check less than 5 days after the appraiser looked at his house - Great customer service ! And when it comes down to a Claim (or two) that they say my homes roof structure is not up to present code standards and are blowing me off now (2021), if #AmericanFamily would have done their job back 2011, during my 1st #claim (only never entering my attic and then saying it was nothing to worry about on voicemail) and not covering it or looking into it like they did this time around which Now they told me to Fix My #saggingroof ( but it was my #broken #Roof #Trusses ) or they will drop me from their #company , a couple months later they cut my #home off their #insurance They #claim they sent me a letter back in 2011 (which I Never received) if I didn't receive a fix it then I lose insurance back then I could have acted on it and not had this problem today but they covered me for another 20yrs just to take my #Money and blow me off. #fyp added 1 photo they won't add, I tried to re-upload a screenshot of what I see
