Talk about INTOLERANCE to other people's personal beliefs. This is BIGOTRY on a very high level. I have freedom of speech in my 1A rights. Other passengers that where also intolerant of my political stance joined in behind my back on making false witnessing against me, so the the black battering woman could GET AWAY with BATTERING ME ON the bus for filming her in defense of myself. This is America, since when is is ok to batter, slander, libel, and/ or murder with your toungue, pen, ect.. those who disagree with you? Before when they saw me film them, the man lied and hollered, "Don't film me I am not in this. Filming passengers is illegal." However, he was completely silent about BATTERY being illegal. That lets me know that he really does NOT care about my well-being just cares about himself.... it's all about these self centered people. Despite the lack of urgent follow through from both your customer care department as well as the DART Police Officers I feel it is within my due diligence to report this to you before seeking other avenues such as social media, the news stations, and the Attorney General. On your website you clearly state that "Overnight or long-term parking is at the discretion of the customer. DART assumes no responsibility for vehicles left overnight" however, your handling of an incident in which I was the victim of, leads me to believe that you have no intentions of standing by that statement as the incident in question did not fall under the category of "long-term" or "overnight." On Monday, November 5th, 2018 I had a DART pass and left my car at the Lake Ray Hubbard station in Garland as I have done many times in the past. I left my vehicle at approximately 11:05 am and returned at 3:10 pm only to find that my car was no longer where I had left it. As you can imagine this would be a horrible experience for anyone but for me this was made so ten-fold by the fact that the loss of my car meant also the loss of all my belongings and my shelter as I am currently homeless. I immediately contacted the on-site security guard to report the theft and waited for the arrival of the DART Police for assistance. Unfortunately I have yet to actually receive any type of assistance in this matter as I have since been informed that there are no security cameras and therefore no way to know at what time my vehicle was taken or by whom. I rely on the DART for the majority of my transportation as I try to get myself back on my feet and it never occurred to me that in doing so not only would I lose everything but there would a serious lack of simplistic security and prevention measures that could have assisted me during this time. While I understand that at this point there is likely no chance of recovering my vehicle or my belongings due to lack of information I do believe that some assistance from your company is warranted. I am now relying even more on the DART to transport me as I attempt to find work, enroll in school, and better myself and my situation, which is only costing me more money that I do not have. I am humbling requesting that you provide me with a fully comped DART pass so that I may continue my journey which has been so hindered by your lack of foresight. As I stated previously, I have held off on seeking other avenues for assistance in the hopes that you will do the right thing but, should I not receive help in resolving my issue, I may have no choice but to do so. The fact that you have failed to provide something as simple as security cameras at your station in this day and age is unfathomable and is something you should seriously consider in order to assist other patrons should something similar occur when they leave their vehicle in your lot. read more

Black security guard, black DART police, and yes man white cop, just picked side of big lying black witches. If you are a lovely black woman, I am appreciate you. However, the murderous, vindictive, bully black witches, you all need to find Jesus while you still can. The police decided before they even started whose side that they would rule in favor of. The were not interested in my side and deliberately dismissed the DART video without watching it. Then the refused to let me make assault charged on this irate black woman who ordered me to give her my seat and instead stand in the aisle while the bus speed up the road abruptly stopping and starting.
