Trying to…read morepurchase a home and it's literally a 2-3 day wait for her to respond back to any questions or to get her stuff done. For example, she's had title to house we are purchasing for 2-3 weeks, waits till day before our scheduled close, finds out their is title issues, then my realtor is the one working hard to clean the mess up. Either to busy, unorganized, or just plain doesn't care but either way I'd stay far away if you are trying to sell your home. Find a realtor that cares and will work hard to sell your home.
