When our bids came back, Pedro's bid was 60% less than the cheapest other bid. We saw his reviews on Thumbtack and decided to go with his bid. We are so glad that we did. The other bids wouldn't have allowed us to put hardwood into our family room, but Pedro's was within our budget. We had a specific look we were looking for and he did it. He responded before the job to all inquiries promptly and he did the same even after the job was over. He started and completed the job on schedule. He worked hard and paid attention to details. He communicated extremely well during the work too. We had a previous refinisher that left swirl marks in the hardwood. No swirl marks now. They had a large selection of materials and looks to choose from. Their team came out and removed my old countertops and replaced the new ones in under an hour! They cleaned up everything before they left and even recommended what type of cleaner I should use on them. They were thoughtful, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make! The entire room looks different with my new countertops from PSI Tops! The mounted sinks I also got from PSI and they look amazing and seamless, worth the money.
