I initially reached out for a simple request: a solid core bedroom and closet door in black. What followed was an emotionally draining process filled with delays, unclear expectations, and a final quote of $1,700--for just two doors--and painting the interior trim wasn't even included. Let me repeat that: For $1,700, I was still expected to paint the trim myself. What truly pushed this over the edge was their lack of communication. After I emailed to express my concerns and asked if there was any flexibility, I received no response. I gave them every opportunity to clarify or compromise, and they simply ignored it. For comparison, I received a full-service quote from Home Depot for $1,374.51, which included everything--installation and painting. I'll be attaching both quotes to this review so you can see the difference for yourself. I chose One Day Doors & Closets because I was hoping for a more polished, professional experience. Instead, I found myself paying more for less--and being left in the dark when I raised concerns. The service they advertise and the service they deliver are not aligned. In my opinion, this felt more like a sales tactic than a customer-focused business. If you're considering working with them, I highly recommend shopping around and comparing what you're really getting for your money. Transparency matters, and people deserve better than this.

It took about 5 weeks for the doors to come in. The installation crew came out and took out the old doors and installed the new ones. I'm very pleased with the doors .

Despite the seriousness of that wall's condition, one or two other companies recommended wall anchor systems, which Brandon recognized would be insufficient to hold back a concrete block wall as deteriorated as ours. He also noted the insulation put around the base of our house by the previous company was meant for indoor use. We did make attempts to contact the company that did the original work, but it was murder trying to get them to respond. They finally did, but by that point we'd decided to go with Hart, even though the other company would've been less expensive. We just didn't trust that first company anymore. I'm glad we chose Hart because they did an excellent job. Brandon was very professional, letting us know what was involved each step of the way. They worked hard and fast and we finally have a great solid basement wall. I'd recommend Hart in an instant to anyone who needs waterproofing and foundation repair.

We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hart Masonry and Waterproofing to anyone that has basement structural or water issues.

Absolutely no reason to cut me off. Turns out where both pulling into home depot. And on the corner of the plaza there is the floor material company with the same name as what's on this truck. I will never shop there. There was no one around, no 1 else on the road, absolutely no reason to speed up and cut me off. Other than hes a jerk. Don't buy from this company. People show their true colours when they think no one is watching.

My issues were with the contractor that was suggested. After a year several of the cabinets loosened up. I had another contractor check it out and he discovered the cabinets had short less than 1/2" screws holding the lazy susan and other cabinets which broke away and also many of the other cabinets loosened. I did not call Iris due to the fact it was installed improperly and that was my choice for contractors not her fault. So just make sure you watch who you hire to install. They leave that to the customer. This was all new to me,Learned alot

I was looking at lighting, faucets, and cabinet hardware. They had an excellent selection and I was able to get the ideas I needed to make the purchases for our recent kitchen remodel. The designer met with me and showed me many faucets that they had in stock. Using her input, I decided that I wanted a black faucet instead of stainless steel, which will add a nice touch to our new kitchen. My wife agreed with the new faucet color and we were also able to find cabinet hardware that we liked. For design ideas, this is a great place to go, if you're in the market for remodeling. From the planning with Denise to the counter install to the new flooring, we had exceptional workmanship and service. The guys took on a huge job with removal of our tile flooring and replacing with LVT and it turned out so nice. They worked with us on our vacation dates and came in while we were away and completed the job. Everyone was very accomodating and the result is a gorgeous new kitchen!!
