My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I called and left messages that weren't returned, I sent emails that were intermittently responded to, and when I couldn't get to the phone they never left voicemails. After five weeks I was told that there was nothing they could do. I'm certainly disappointed. I don't mind paying for the work that they did, even if it didn't result in my desired outcome. But for that sum I would have appreciated a bit more transparency and communication throughout the process. It's the communication, not the results, that makes me suspect I've been strung along.
