Furthermore they basically sell you a shell design for $25k and that includes nothing more than a template and adding your logo and a color scheme... then they ask for 12k to add email marketing and start one month of seo... the owner is short tempered and angry, as shown in his emails, he doesn't care about long term relationships with clients he is just there to grab the dough and close out the file as he calls it. He doesn't care if your site is good or bad, doesn't care if it ever gets launched or you make any money. It's all about him and his business cause he's the ceo and he rather pass you off after especially if you don't give him another 12k a month. How can a company think a business that hasn't sold one item can pay him 12k a month before the site is launched and before the site even works... he wants to charge you and he is happy to do so, but why would you email market a site that is so unfriendly to users and why would you pay for advertising to get visitors when the site won't close any sales due to its usability and functionality? I was hoping they actually did care about the site and the final product and that they would be a good company and have the site ready to launch and want you to succeed. I would recommend not to use this company and I will post further reviews to detail the communication from the owner and the trail and timeline of product from start to final bill and the fact that the site has functionality issues that I would have to address if I go forward..
