I found Lumina here on Yelp and they had great reviews. I spoke with Skyler about a project I had in mind but that I was concerned about protecting my idea. He told me Lumina would email me a non-disclosure agreement within the hour that would protect my idea by preventing Lumina from using it or discussing it with anyone else for them to use. I never received the email. I called back the next day and asked to speak with Skyler and, after being placed on a brief hold, was told he was out of the office. I left a detailed message and was told he would call me back. I never received a return phone call from him, nor the email containing the non-disclosure agreement. My first impression was not a good one. However, very shortly after I posted my experience on Yelp I received a response from Yaniv, the owner of the company, acknowledging the problem, apologizing, and taking corrective action by scheduling a conference call with him directly to discuss my idea immediately after the holiday. He emailed a fully executed NDA prior to the call and called me right on time. He was very personable, very professional, very easy to talk to, and spent a significant amount of time bouncing my idea around with me.
