A parent feedback form at the end of the week would have been good; not having one gives the impression that the organizers think there isn't any need for improvement. But there is. Next year hopefully there will be better organization in general (this was the most frustrating part; counselors who didn't know what was going on, plans for activities that kept changing, etc.), consistent and speedy response to the door buzzer, and a higher number of counselors who seem really engaged with the kids (as opposed to their cell phones). Also...if you advertise your camp as having drones... and your drones break... buy new drones.
