I have not had any issues with a drop off or a package pickup. Prices and services are fairly competitive with the other shipping providers. Staff have always been friendly and efficient when I have visited at various times of day throughout the week. Business hours are extremely convenient for my needs. I plan to return to this location in the future, which is along the State Street corridor near Big O Tires and Home Depot at the I-265 exit. Parking lot is a slight challenge to access, but not impossible.

I needed that under car wash with all the salt in winter, so I went middle of the road. You enter the mostly automated car wash getting your ride sprayed down by a pair of people with what looks like one of the worst jobs in winter. Seems like you'd never get warm. Once you're past them, your wheel locks in, you put your car in neutral, and the ghost of Mr. G drags you through an automated cleaning canal. Colors change. Suds spray. Scrubbers are applied. Your car is clean. You go into drive and leave. No scratches to my paint. Clean car. Better than being cold and spraying it down myself. This place also offers a ton of membership levels and even has a haunted car wash at Halloween. You read that right.

I was trying to understand the scope of their services: if they printed on surfaces that weren't just canvases, board perhaps? some type of foam core? did they do anything in sizes 4"x4", 5"x7", etc. did they provide any reduced prices for a dozen or so prints. The person I dealt with talked down to me in a very harsh tone, almost yelling at me. I told her this and said I was just trying to get info to see if we could work together. I was not trying to stump her or be problematic. then she said she would give my info to the manager which I thanked her for. The manager never called. all in all, a terrible experience.
