They failed to install any backflow preventers, as well as many other issues, after a prior flood and all new plumbing was installed. This caused an additional flood after much of the work was done, requiring us to start over. We never heard back from them, nor were we offered any sort of compensation for the additional expenses. Also there were 2 high-end shop heaters that an employee took with him to "dispose of" for my elderly dad. There was nothing wrong with them. Crazy how absolutely horrible all of it was.
