I just had John's team install a new mast, meter socket, and replaced the old fuse box with breakers at my local area cottage. I would recommend them completely! When I called for an estimate, John was very responsive and got back to me very quickly with the final estimate. No other company I called bothered to call me back. The estimate was within my expectations. On the day of the work, everything was well-coordinated with PIEG ... everyone showed up on time and did a very neat, professional job. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT, use John's Electric. John owns this business and he DOES NOT DO WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO! I had someone ready to do this job, since he did not seem to want to show up. I called him to let him go and he still said he will do the job and I told him we shook on the job (shaking a mans hand still means something to me). HE NEVER SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL!!! For over 2.5 months I have been trying to get this electrician to do what he said he would do and HE NEVER COMES BACK to finish the job. I have called him no less than 9 times and he always says "I will be there on Monday or Friday and NEVER SHOWS UP. I am thinking about getting an attorney to deal with this situation.
