They utilized this opportunity to charge us with unwanted preventive care services. tests came in and they asked us to set up an appointment. we learned that later that they are charging $100+ for me & wife separately. but we were not told ahead of time that we will be charged. Its very easy for anyone to read the test results and could have avoided this. Some of the staff doesn't even know English. We got the surprising bill manipulating as different services. they suggested like you can do this at home yourself but then keep saying we can quickly take care of it here, never disclosed anything about how much they will charge us. In this economy people are finding really hard time to find a job. how hard is to tell them we charge this much for this service. so that we can decide if we want to do it or not. Its very unfair practice in my opinion :(.

I had left this practice before because of Dr Krishna and an astounding absence of professionalism. I returned because Dr Dua specialised in diabetic treatment, of which I was newly diagnosed. Outdated, unorganized, unprofessional, and irresponsible are the only ways I can describe this office.
