My mother in law is still in the practice something I hope yo change and they did not respond for two days with a simple question to add tests to the planned blood test. Then I was told they would do me a favor this one time so my mother in law would not have to be pricked twice.. thanks but I dont think a second request will ever surface.

They utilized this opportunity to charge us with unwanted preventive care services. tests came in and they asked us to set up an appointment. we learned that later that they are charging $100+ for me & wife separately. but we were not told ahead of time that we will be charged. Its very easy for anyone to read the test results and could have avoided this. Some of the staff doesn't even know English. We got the surprising bill manipulating as different services. they suggested like you can do this at home yourself but then keep saying we can quickly take care of it here, never disclosed anything about how much they will charge us. In this economy people are finding really hard time to find a job. how hard is to tell them we charge this much for this service. so that we can decide if we want to do it or not. Its very unfair practice in my opinion :(.

I had left this practice before because of Dr Krishna and an astounding absence of professionalism. I returned because Dr Dua specialised in diabetic treatment, of which I was newly diagnosed. Not sure how, but I was steered back to Dr Krishna. It only took a few weeks before the situation turned into the exact reason I left the first time. Outdated, unorganized, unprofessional, and irresponsible are the only ways I can describe this office. If I were Dr Dua I would distance myself from Dr Krishna before my business is completely ruined. I do not like to put bad reviews out, but after the most recent scolding I recieved, I feel like it is important to warn anyone about the worst medical practice (Dr Krishna) I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I'm not sure how the situation got confused but it did, and then ended in accusations. I am very good about following doctor's orders. When the orders are unclear and murky, or out right misinforming you would think the Doctor would be able to lead you out of that instead of blame you.
