Most places I have been to have had some of that. A talented tech here, a cute space there, friendly staff somewhere else. But I had never found a place that had it all. Hollywood Nails is that place. The moment I walked in, Bella the owner made me feel seen, welcomed, and warmly greeted. Like any salon they did run a little behind due to the services and high demands especially when summer is around the corner, but they communicated the whole time and made sure my daughter and I still felt like our time mattered. The space is smaller than most places I have been, but do not underestimate it. Every corner, every bit of decor, and all of the organization was thoughtfully done. You can tell the owner and her staff put care into making sure every customer, young or old, feels looked after. I had the Pearl Jelly Spa Pedicure with a nail tech named Mya. She was knowledgeable, talented, and really took the time to hear what I wanted. Even mid-pedicure, she made sure the customer near her still felt seen and cared for. My daughter had a gel manicure with Bella and absolutely loved her experience. She loved her nails, but even more she loved her time with Bella, who treated her as an equal and not just a kid who did not know what she wanted. 100% recommend this place.

I have been doing gel manicures every three weeks for the last six months, and have had nothing but good experiences. I came in with serious damage from some press ons and Bella has done a great job bringing my nails back to life so they are natural and healthy! She even takes these cute pics for me when a set goes extra well :) The salon is always clean, welcoming and decked out in decor for whatever season we're in. I'm not sure why this location asked, because they didn't seem to follow anything I wrote. This was for my boyfriend's birthday and his name was not on the sign when we walked in, despite me listing that in the paperwork. In the past for my birthday, I have also gotten a card. But nothing here. My boyfriend also didn't want his feet touched and that was also listed in the paperwork. Unfortunately that was not followed. We were brought to our locker rooms and they were clean, had our names and chocolates in the lockers. Very nice touch! Our robe sizes and slides were also in our lockers. There is a large shower, 2 bathroom stalls and vanity with make up lighting. We then walked to the lobby area. This was where we started to have thoughts. Employees were talking in full volume. Online was a little confusing, so I called and things were sorted immediately. The space is great! Very clean and relaxing. The staff is incredibly helpful. They escort you around and are very accommodating. You arrive 30 minutes before your appointment, change into a robe and slippers, and wait in the quiet room. Tea, water and cookies were provided. We also got a warm neck wrap. Our pedicures took place in the nail room. Only two chairs, so very private. The treatments we had were great and very relaxing! I had Kassidy and she was wonderful.
