Chris bought the business from the Keith, who was a riot, and has improved the facility continuously and is the only person I would have cut my hair. Smart, interesting, a great family man and he is always pleasant and conversant on many subjects. I was offered a drink, and saw a cooler with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. I had a full set of acrylic nails removed and replaced. The job she did was excellent. My other really big complaint is the tipping system. They automatically add a tip to the charge for the service itself. I saw no signage as to this. I had no option to choose the amount of tip I felt the tech deserved. They add the tip as a percentage, because the tip amount on my receipt was not a round number. Overall, a good experience with two large complaints.
