The few times you have to deal with your insurance company after signing up will be due to you experiencing an accident or for help/questions while injured and you deserve someone kind, understanding, and attentive to your needs. The agent completely misunderstood key details I provided and later insisted I said things I never did, even after I presented proof. Rather than owning the mistake or even hearing me out, they doubled down, claimed to "have a great memory," and basically gaslit me throughout the call. When I pointed out that I had followed their instructions and sent what was asked, I was met with more deflection being told it was somehow my fault for not calling after sending something. That's not how professional service works. It was clear that accountability and customer care weren't priorities in this interaction. If you're looking for respectful, competent service, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere

So after listening to his sell spill I asked to see if a bundle with my home would work out as well. I did find out my home owner policy could be tweaked a little to be updated for the better. Straight to the point. I called and cancelled my car insurance with my current insurance company only to be blind sided by Allstate!!! Not only did they not save me money!!! The more that doubled ( Doubled ) my cost of my policy. I called immediately and was told a vanilla reply of I don't know why it was increased. Very very shady if you ask me. So my reply was to immediately to cancel the bait and switch tactic of Allstate. BEWARE OF This guy. Then after I tell him to cancel I get my insurance reinstatement call from my agent letting me know all is covered and not to worry. Allstate steals over $1200.00 out of my checking account. I contact Mr Howe and tell him how upset I am and tell him I'm going to blow this up on social media. That the public needs to know. He pleads with me to please don't. I saved his text to show he wanted me to cover his bait and switch up. Let alone taken cash out of my account after I told him his services would not be taken or needed for the out ragious price gouging . Not very honest if you ask me. Most people have better things to do with there money. Stay away from Allstate insurance . Will be contact the State of Utah over this and the better business bureau.
