Where do I start, Opened an account with well known online bank, less than 3 weeks later my account was hacked and several thousands of dollars I saved was stolen. This was an FDIC online bank, meant to protect funds. They didn't in fact they blamed/accused me. I filed dispute after dispute at least a minimum of 4-6 times with all the proof, one could ask for and they still denied me. So I reached out to a several lawyers and no one would help. A review about Dave. I really don't know where to start because I would write a book or at least a chapter in a book. I had the privilege of Dave being our lawyer through a 4 year case, yes a 4 year case. Not once did Dave not keep us informed or make a decision without consulting us first. Dave would alway give advice through making decisions, and would give the best and worse case scenarios. Dave is surrounded by a great team that helps make sure all the T's are crossed and I's are dotted.
