Mr. Reed, Tracy, Buffy...well actually the entire staff are exceptional and respond on a dime! It takes a great deal of patience and professionalism to manage the peculiarities of the public. I have never met in 40 years a more honest, direct and honorable group in their profession. Attorneys can often be unfairly the brunt of horrible jokes, but this crew are truly the poster children for what is going right in our unsettling world. They are dedicated! I saw first-hand how a traumatizing situation for me was presented to them on a Thursday and was coordinated, submitted, in compliance and resolved by the next Tuesday. That is remarkable. I am so happy with Reed Law Firm. They handled my bankruptcy with such knowledge and professionalism and they actually made my bankruptcy seem easy. They took the the hard work away from me. I can't express how horrible this firm treated our case. They strung us along for four months with 3 different representatives, then accused us of fraud and dropped our case. Their confusion was because of high turnover of their staff and quite frankly dishonest representation. I have since received independent legal counsel that everything we shared and did was completely legal and in good faith. They left us without an attorney, our personal and business situation in total shambles and with no path forward. Please stay away from this firm - definitely not only not worth it, but dangerous. read more

I called at 9:05 am since no one had contacted me. I was told I was Mr. Glick was tied up on another call, then I was told Mr. Glick does not have me on his schedule. I was put on hold yet again and another person came on telling me my appointment was at 2pm and she never schedules consults for early morning! I'm not really certain why I was treated this way; however, it's absolutely unacceptable. Perhaps because I was referred by the SC Lawyer Referral Service and they discount their fee for the initial consultation. I did reach back out to the SC Lawyer Referral Service to file a complaint and also to find a different attorney for my specific need!

Charley was first class, he was forthcoming with opinions and did a fantastic job representing me and my case. He and his firm are professional and provide detailed billing information so I always knew where I stood with them financially during the process. Charley was able to work through the issues and did, in fact, help me get a settlement, against all odds. I would highly recommend both Charley and his firm for any legal needs that you might have. I can't say enough good about them.

So I got up early on Monday morning completed the intake paperwork, which includes all kinds of personal information about me, more than enough information then the worst criminal would need to steal my identity, credit information or whatever other harmful deeds any other telephone scammer would do with someone's personal information. I gave this information with the expectations of getting a consultation I received a phone call stating that they never received the paperwork, even though it clearly stated it was submitted through their system, which either they or someone they paid set up for them. Rather than give me a consultation, the person I spoke to suggested that I go through the entire process all over again. These attorneys crack me I'm reaching out to them for help but instead of helping their system is set up to waste my time as if it's not as important as theirs. very poor business model I would not recommend this law firm to anyone and can only hope they are a legitimate company after all of this!

Cleaners did not fully follow my directions for my move-in cleaning. The service I requested stated that I needed a kitchen and kitchenette cleaned, no other rooms to tackle and requested the shelf linings to be removed. The liners were wiped cleaned instead and left in place. The kitchenette shelves were wiped out, but not the drawers or the small refrigerator. They did a great job on the oven, but I will have to do-over my project to completion myself.
