**** David Moore is the biggest crook in town. He out right lied and said RCMP asked him to Tow my vehicle to his lot. The parked vehicle was not a road hazard nor was it on someone's property. I called AMA (as we have always done since 1996). Some how he got there before AMA (note my vehicle was 10 meters from our home). When we went to his lot in Cochrane, Dave Moore demanded $2600 to release the vehicle. He was aggressive and extremely rude to my 81 year old father and me. He had us in a corner and there was no legal law stopping him. Now that Alberta has changed tow laws and regulations, Dave Moore is trying to sell the business. Please be aware. Just looking out for the community. If you search him, you will see the thousands of people he has financially abused. WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER! COMPLETE RIP-OFF AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner, Dave, is arrogant and greedy. He refused to take our company credit card, held our trailer and freight hostage even after full payment, and piled on fake storage and tarp charges just to squeeze more money. we have explained and requested him many times to take payment from our company credit card because we based of Abbotsford BC and can't come to Cochrane AB just to make this recovery payment. Dave owner simply refused it and said he doesn't care. His bill was 40-45% higher than any reputable towing company in BC or Alberta. Charged me $1.1k for a stolen vehicle that was in their lot for less than 1 day. Robbed twice.

My brother was in a horrible accident this morning on Highway 1a. Police were dispatched and we were told that it would be no hassle getting my brothers Phone, Wallet, Medication, and Insurance documents from the vehicle. Low and behold Dave has been making this a very difficult process. Stating that only my brother was able to come and get it, despite him being in hospital. Forcing me to go through RCMP and get authorized, as well as demanding payment prior to allowing us to grab his belongings, as if it's a ransom of some type. If you do not have AMA, DO NOT USE these guys. Cost is outrageous! $1750 for 11km emergency tow and 5 days of storage.

This has to be the shadiest towing service ive ever came across in my 29 years. Dave the owner charged me 1100 dollars for a 39 km tow and for 7 days for my vehicle being in his lot. If that doesnt scream bad business! I warn you now, dont call this company for any tows. read more

I don't know how this guy can sleep at night scamming a 17 year old child. When the kid had his tuck stolen and was a victim and then victimized again from Dave's invoice nickeled and dimmed with the invoice with administration fees and two tow trucks including a flat bed. Then says the office is closed on weekends so he can scam two more days of in pound fees and charges fuel surcharge when that is included in the $4.85 per km . The child was willing to pay the tow fee $500 when he only towed the truck on the flat bed 32.5 k and charged for 44 each way 88 total. Had the truck 10 hours less then 24 hours the coat was $1120.17 I think that the RCMP should look into using a different towing company that helps people and not rips them off. Very disappointed in this company's service with people that have are victims. Then the tow truck operator is drifting around in the tow yard with my sons truck great customer service and compassion for people you ripped off NO COMPASSION for victim. filled complaint at BBB not popular there either read more

this company is just a big scam my truck was stolen and found the same day by the rcmp on the Rez in Morley Alberta the rcmp officer told me I would be able to pick my truck up the next day at noon "for sure" but Dave the owner of the company tells me the report from the rcmp office has not been gotten yet then I call the rcmp office and it has been sent so I call again and Dave starts getting aggressive and dis cutting me off well I'm talking tell me he's done doing business with me then he tells me that the charg for a 15 min drive and held over night is $1100 just a huge scam would not recommend this towing company to anyone read more

If you are looking to go local this is the way to go! His prices are competitive and he has a bunch of good people working for him. They came after hours and helped break in to my friends truck and since it was so quick he didn't even charge me! I would recommend him to anyone and I have and all of them had great experiences! read more
