Some how he got there before AMA (note my vehicle was 10 meters from our home). When we went to his lot in Cochrane, Dave Moore demanded $2600 to release the vehicle. He was aggressive and extremely rude to my 81 year old father and me. He had us in a corner and there was no legal law stopping him. Now that Alberta has changed tow laws and regulations, Dave Moore is trying to sell the business. Please be aware. Just looking out for the community. So I started cutting wires like a real rookie. Took the whole unit back to them, explained my situation and after seeing what I had done, wired my mess back up, even put in a new plug which I had wrecked, did a total inspection, and as it turned out it was the wiring on the trailer that was messed. Took them an hour to fix someone else's screwup and get me going again, all free of charge. Great place, great guys. I highly recommend their business. Thanks so much!

This week I asked if the quote was still valid/if I could get a new quote and they told me it would be 650$. Halfway through the repair they said that they misquoted the labour and it would be around 1250$. It ended up being 1000$ but I am very disappointed. They acted like they were doing us a favour by only charging 1000. The car was also filthy when I got it back.
