I was advised by my insurer to consider purchasing a Lennox product and it was good advice. But I was not prepared for the incredible experience of dealing with Linda and Kevin DeMille. From the day they walked into my home until the day the job was completed, they were nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And they explained everything. Every step of the way I knew what was happening and why. I actually feel educated, and not in a sales person kind of way. I truly feel that I understand so much more about home heating and cooling. Now that my system has been installed for a few months I can say that it is beyond compare. I had a month or so of using the AC and it was incredibly effective. I could turn it on, knowing that in just a few minutes I would start feeling the effects from it. The same is true for the furnace. I don't know how else to explain it except to say that when I turn on the heat, within literally two or three minutes I feel like somebody is wrapping a warm blanket around me. I can't even hear when the furnace is turning on ... it is whisper quiet. I switched from oil to propane for my new AC/furnace and this part of the installation was also perfect. The oil tank was removed and the new propane tanks were installed in a perfect location. So, if I could offer stars for a job well done and 10 stars was the pinnacle, I'd offer 11. My entire experience was over the top perfection.

Fergusson Energy left me to freeze!…read more Let me tell you my story... One night at 9 p.m. I came home to discover that my furnace was not working. After resetting the furnace 3 times and changing the batteries in my thermostat, I had no choice but to call for an emergency service call. I called Fergusson Energy that I'd used for about 5 years. After explaining I had no heat, the on-call representative gave me the 3rd degree...Are you a customer? What brand? How old is the furnace? Who installed it? Then he told me he'd call me back. A few minutes later he called to inform me that all their techs were out of town. My options were to wait a day or two for an available tech or call another company. It was minus 20 degrees Celsius!!! My house was sitting at 11 degrees!! The "Other Company" said they'd be very happy to help me out and would appreciate my business. They were on site shortly thereafter and had my house warm and toasty in no time and the cost was more than reasonable. AWESOME! I was even more thrilled when the "Other Company" called me a few hours later to ensure I still had heat. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jason and the team should try this sometime!

I had a heat pump/AC all in one unit installed approximately one year ago! The part located in the…read morefurnace that looks like a radiator has a multi function to heat and cool the my home! This part when installed was not compatible with the system! D & K we're supposed to resolve this issue and still no word on when it will be fixed! Since Enicure has taken over the service has not improved! The techs will have to come out and switch the heat pump to cool for the summer and the switch it back for the winter! Buyer beware!
