Despite an attempt to renew on the spot, no one was able to help. The next day, I found out that I had a membership because I saw my credit card charged back in November. I called again to find out what happened. The claim was that it was a different AAA office but I had a valid AAA card at home to prove my membership. Since I paid for a full year and they did not help, I asked for a full refund. The woman agreed and the call ended. A month later, a partial refund showed up on my credit card. Still looking to find out what happened. Allegedly, the whole confusion was because I moved 2.5 years ago, into another AAA region. I don't believe this to be true because I was able to use AAA services 1.5 years ago when I was stuck in snow. These people do not have their act together at all. All I'm still trying to do is get the remainder of my full refund, then I want nothing to do with this company ever again.
