Bethany informed me that they also do car loans and ended up getting me the financing I needed at a better rate than I had hoped for. While waiting on the loan approval, she introduced me to Grey, who went over my employer sponsored life and disability benefits. He helped me identify shortcomings in the coverage I had, and helped me rectify it by finding an amount that I was comfortable with, without trying to oversell. These 2 people, the receptionist, and everyone else I encountered during my 2 visits there helped me to realize that it doesn't always have to be a chore or dreaded experience when dealing with insurance agents.
