AND, we were getting better rates than we had before! Not only did she help us to obtain insurance, but she has provided consistent service to me since then. Whenever I have a question or issue, she is on top of it immediately. She never makes me feel like I'm bothering her and in fact, treats me like I am her highest priority. Was told to change agents and when did called new agent on file because she lost business and accused agent of stealing policy when she was the one "fine with it"and ultimately advised the change. Insured deceased person on auto policy for 2 years with adding new purchased cars to policy from a car purchased by life insurance proceeds of deceased person. Signed release of fund forms for Allstate and other life insurance policy. (Under investigation) and admits to have copy from release. Can't insure a dead person for cheaper rates... when questioned about it was very confrontational threatened to call the police and contact Allstate. Allstate was contacted but provided all documents via certified mail from there' headquarters outside Texas and very apologetic for the way there agent handled things. Nothing against Allstate just this agent. Other Allstate also agreed with car should have never been insured as she states " call every agent in town I don't care". All other agents in area agreed and referred our matters to Allstate headquarters and ultimately how we got in contact with Allstate. Treats grieving customers very poorly. They checked a few different carriers and presented the quotes. After choosing which coverage/carrier we wanted, the process was very quick and easy. The associate that assisted me was very helpful and answered all questions. It was nice having an agent you could actually talk to in person. It's also nice to support a family owned, local business.
