He always makes sure you're taken care of, and makes it a point to not overcharge or suggest services that don't need doing. I know I can trust his word and his work. As a young woman (who is not very mechanically inclined) it can be intimidating to set up appointments with mechanics, but not once have I felt anything negative working with this business. Several hours later, I called them to check because they hadnt called me and they told me that, without my authorization, they had already finished the work. They charged me almost $500 for it. Had they actually called me and given me that quote, I would not have authorized it. I have another car, this one was just a back up. I would very happily have taken my car back, and gone to just use the one until I had the money for the brakes. As it is, I had to take my rent money to pay for a service that I didn't authorize.
