It was late afternoon on a Saturday night and knew I wouldn't have much luck finding someone to help at that hour. Jon dropped everything he was doing (even took his BBQ off the smoker) to come help me out even though he had plans in 45 minutes to be somewhere with family. He came out and swapped out the tire for me so I could get back on my way all with a reasonable price. Again, I appreciate your help, Jon. They picked me up in 15 minutes, diligently worked to get my car out of the ditch off I-80, and had us back on the road in no time. They clearly communicated at every step of the way, made us feel safe and taken care of, and the price they charged was very reasonable. Additionally, they are compliant with IA DOT regulations and carry liability insurance, which can't be assumed with all towing companies. Definitely recommend Rick's!
