And somehow he took that to mean let it renew because when the 5th rolled around I got charged again because he let it renew even though i was pretty clear about not wanting to renew. So I call on the fifth they say they will cancel it and refund my money less the cost of 5 days of coverage even though I told them on the 31st I didn't want to pay that much. It's been 2 days and I haven't been refunded. Now he told me progressive has to refund the money and progressive told me to take it up with the agent. I'm pissed and I'm going to do all I can to make sure nobody does business with this company.
